Austinites by choice, not birth. We moved to ATX in 2020 and haven’t looked back.
Before real estate, we were professional cheerleaders. Traveled the world, won world championships, and learned early that the difference between winning and losing comes down to one thing: how prepared you are when the moment hits. We just apply it to real estate now instead of comp day.
512 & Sunny is our brand and our daily reminder. Losing our first baby, Sunny, changed everything. The way we see time, people, and what actually matters. Family. Community. Showing up fully for the people and the moments that matter.
Real estate, at its best, is about exactly that. A place to build a life. People who help you do it right. Relationships that outlast the transaction. That’s the business we wanted to be in. So we finally built it.
Kenny has been a licensed Realtor® for almost 10 years. Sara has spent that same time running the operational side of real estate — every system, every process, every detail — and is now finishing her TX licensure to make it official. Together we cover everything and we genuinely love doing it together.

Tiny in stature, enormous in opinion. Greets every showing like it’s a federal threat for 4 seconds, then becomes your favorite friend. Has been to more open houses than most agents.
